ABOUT ME
Often referred to as the Five Element Wellness Woman, I primarily help successful + sensitive women to slow down + recover from burnout + fatigue, by bringing more calm, balance + mind-body wellness into their lives…
I hold safe space for rest + gentle healing via my SACRED REST RETREATS in France, 1-1 online immersions, self-study video courses + my monthly online subscription group sessions – using a unique mixture of acupuncture, Yin Yoga, guided meditation, coaching, energywork, the Five Elements + Chinese Medicine wisdom…
I have been treating patients in clinic as an acupuncturist for 12+ years, practising a style that integrates Five Element Acupuncture + TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine)… so I have been working with these Elements, these energies + this ancient medicine for a LONG time, but I’ve also been living a “Five Element Life” + embodying this wisdom for far longer than that, having started as a patient of acupuncture during my late teens, in the early 2000s…
I also trained as a coach with CTI in 2013, before doing my Yin Yoga teacher training in 2016 – a gentle style of yoga that is based in Chinese Medicine + actually uses the channels / meridians (or energy pathways) that we use in acupuncture, which made it a seamless fit into my healing repertoire… My podcast, “Powerfully Gentle” launched in 2020 + goes into some of these topics, with a firm base in Chinese Medicine…

OTHER DETAILS TO KNOW:
Please know that I have gone to every length possible to ensure this project flows as smoothly as possible, but as with many projects like this, the timeline may shift due to circumstances out of my control…
We aim to get the printing started in mid-June, with an estimated turnaround time of 6-8 weeks printing, then shipping estimated to be around 2-3 weeks to most international countries (including the UK), leading to everyone having received their decks by the end of August…
Sadly, we must still keep in mind the ongoing challenges that COVID can cause around printing production, international shipping + local delivery – there are still some delays in postal services worldwide. We will also be highly mindful around all rules + guidelines regarding COVID, which could also lead to some unforeseen delays…
The decks are being printed in the United States + shipped internationally from their fulfilment department – this was the quickest way to get your decks out to you, keep carbon emissions down to be environmentally mindful (by not doubling up on shipping to the UK + then back out again), as well as being able to keep worldwide shipping at a standard affordable rate, at approximately £9 per single deck, for everyone regardless of country…
I have been delighted with the sample box + 15 sample cards I had sent to me from the printers during the development of this deck, so I don’t foresee any problems around quality of the deck or packaging they used for shipping – they arrived with me safely + I love them! I am aiming for this indie deck to be of high quality, equal to (or above) the decks you already own from the big publishers!
Please note that despite my best efforts to reduce the risk of VAT + import tax being charged on these decks, this may still be a possibility in some international countries. This is not included in the price of the deck, nor the shipping. The customer is solely liable for any extra unforeseen charges associated with shipping into their country from the US
