WORK WITH ME – PRIVATE 1-1 ONLINE ACU ENERGY SESSIONS FOR DEEP + GENTLE HEALING

These individual one-off sessions are to work 1-1 with me, online via zoom… they are completely bespoke online acu-energy sessions that are 2 hours each, with the focus exclusively just for you as a unique individual, no cookie cutter stuff, or generic formats… they’re very much like my traditional acupuncture sessions, but these online sessions are done remotely via the internet, still using the same powerful points + ancient Chinese Medicine theory that I have been treating patients with for over a decade in clinic (13+ years now)…

It is kind of like needle-less needling – which I know for some of you will be a huge win-win, right? Yep, no actual needles! But we are still very much getting to the energetic root cause of your issue, whether it is physical, emotional or spiritual… because whether you’re on the treatment couch in person, or with me online, we are always working with ENERGY, with the Qi in our bodies…

So wherever you are in the world (you no longer have to be local to my in-person clinics), whatever the pandemic is doing, or whether you’re a needle phobic + that put you off having acupuncture, we can NOW still work together super gently, for really deep + powerful transformational support…

And as is the case with acupuncture, in these online sessions we are encouraging the body to rebalance itself, guiding it back to wellness, flow + alignment in a natural way, using wisdom that has been around for thousands of years… this is also the basis of ALL my special Sacred Rest® work…

This kind of energy work moves us away from the adrenaline-fuelled fight or flight mode + shifts the body into operating with the parasympathetic nervous system, just as acupuncture itself does – that space of rest + digest – which is incredibly calming, deeply relaxing + fully restorative…
